John and Alesha wanted to complete their dream home by transforming their unfinished basement into a luxurious, multifunctional space. This project highlights Elevation Basements’ commitment to precision, professionalism, and delivering exceptional results. The comprehensive remodel includes high-end features such as a hidden movie theater, a home gym with a steam room, and a state-of-the-art golf simulator.
John and Alesha wanted to create a multifunctional basement space that included every feature on their wish list while maintaining a cohesive and functional design. The project involved integrating numerous custom elements and structural components like I-beams and monoposts into the design. Starting the project during winter added to the complexity of coordinating trade traffic and materials.
Elevation Basements dedicated nearly full-time oversight and meticulous planning to successfully execute this extensive remodel. The result is a seamless integration of high-end features. This space is now perfect for entertaining guests, lounging with family, and enjoying luxury amenities year-round.
“We tasked Elevation Basements with building the basement of our dreams, and they exceeded our expectations. Professional, responsive, on time, and extremely hardworking, Evan and Ed made our vision a reality. These two motivated guys have all the right connections to build a top-end finished product. We are so grateful to have found them and are looking forward to enjoying our newly finished space for years to come.”
