We recommend doing the whole thing at once; however, if you only want a portion of your basement finished, we can do that for you.

How long does the basement design take?

Design for us starts during phone and on-site consultations. During the on-site consultation, we take measurements and discuss the layout. We then send initial plans, get revisions, and approve the design. The timeline can vary depending on the number of edits needed. Our average timeline for the floor plan design is two days. All quotes are given based on standard finishes. Once the floor plans are complete, we sign the contract and go to the design studio so you can customize or upgrade your finishes.

What happens at the design studio?

You will work with a designer at the design studio to select your finishes, including countertops, flooring, cabinets, etc. Depending on the level of materials chosen, material selection can increase your project’s cost.
